Shipping Information:

All orders are filled within 24-48 hours and are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail (Orders to Canada may take longer).

Any orders that contain 'Pre Order' items will ship when all items are in stock. We reserve the right to cancel any pre orders should the item become unavailable. We cannot be held responsible for any manufacturer/distributor delays as we cannot control when the items become in stock. We can only give the information provided by the manufacturer/distributor. Cancelled Pre Orders are charged a 15% restocking fee with no exceptions.

Refunds/Returns Policy:

Returns are charged 15% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are at Buyers expense.
